We had the privilege of working with the Willows Run condominium community in Kirkland, WA, to restore and protect their 30-unit property. The buildings were in urgent need of a comprehensive refresh, not only with new paint but also extensive carpentry repairs due to significant wood rot. With repair costs exceeding $100,000, this project underscored the importance of regular maintenance, and we strongly recommend exterior repainting every 7-10 years to safeguard against the elements. Our team carefully applied Sherwin-Williams Link Gray for the body, Urban Bronze for the trim, and Tony Taupe for the accents, delivering a sophisticated and durable finish. By the project’s end, every unit owner was delighted with the transformation and the renewed protection of their homes.
